By accessing or using GemGlow Studio at prodretouch.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

GemGlow Studio provides AI-powered jewelry photo retouching services, including but not limited to:

• Automatic background removal and replacement
• Dust and blemish removal
• Color enhancement and correction
• Image upscaling and optimization

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to use our service
• One person or business may maintain only one free account

4. Free and Paid Plans

4.1 Free Tier

• Limited to 3 image processing operations per day
• Output images are limited in resolution
• Anonymous users (not logged in) are limited to 1 upload per day

4.2 Paid Subscriptions

• Paid plans provide higher processing limits and full-resolution output
• Subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment provider (Creem)
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the images you upload. By uploading images, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your images solely for providing our service.

5.2 Our Service

The GemGlow Studio service, including its design, code, AI models, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Use our service to infringe on others' intellectual property
• Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-process images without authorization
• Resell or redistribute our service without permission
• Upload images containing personal data of others without their consent

7. AI Processing Disclaimer

Our service uses artificial intelligence to process images. While we strive for high quality, we cannot guarantee:

• Perfect results for every image
• 100% accuracy in background removal or color correction
• Uninterrupted availability of AI processing services

AI-generated results are provided "as is." We recommend reviewing all processed images before using them for commercial purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GemGlow Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or website notification. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

12. Governing Law
